Data concerned

Browsing does not require an account. Information you voluntarily send by phone, email or an external service may include your identity, contact details and information required for your request or project.

Applications and CVs

The recruitment form collects identity and contact details, city of residence, employment status, availability, current or latest salary, benefits and the CV required to review an application.

The application is kept in a private space. In Alertes, it is accessible only to Mehdi, the designated recruitment manager. The CV is never published and sensitive information is not included in notifications.

The application and CV are deleted automatically no later than 730 days after receipt, unless an applicable obligation requires otherwise. You may request earlier access, correction or deletion at info@edifis-team.com.

Purposes

Information is used to answer enquiries, prepare a study or appointment, provide commercial or technical follow-up and meet applicable obligations. It is not sold.

Cookies and technical logs

The public website does not intentionally install advertising cookies or profiling tools. The host may process technical data strictly required for security, availability and delivery. Any future non-essential analytics tool must include an appropriate consent choice.

Retention and recipients

Information is available only to teams or providers who need it to process the request. It is retained for the time required for follow-up and then according to applicable legal or contractual obligations.

External services

EDIFIS Shop, appointment services, after-sales support, Google Maps and social platforms apply their own policies when opened by a visitor.
