The role

At the Flagship Store, the adviser welcomes private and professional customers and supports the design of their bathroom and sanitary spaces.

Missions

Handle in-person and telephone enquiries and present EDIFIS ranges.
Understand customer expectations and develop a suitable solution.
Prepare quotations and follow up with customers.
Maintain sales files and reporting while supporting showroom operations and professional events.

Commercial qualification and at least three years in a comparable role, ideally in a bathroom showroom. A feel for interiors, confidence with digital tools and a strong sales mindset are expected.
