A well-equipped washroom loses usefulness when soap runs out or dispenser access complicates every visit. Accessory selection should therefore include the cleaning round. This method connects proposed NOFER equipment with a practical operating plan rather than choosing finishes alone.
01
Map the user journey
Locate the basin, soap, hand drying and waste in sequence. Equipment should be easy to understand and reach without unnecessary crossing between users or water dripping onto the circulation route.
Check door swings, corners and approach to the wash station. An attractive front view may prevent a dispenser cover from opening or make staff refilling difficult.
02
Match appliance and consumable
Check what the exact reference accepts: liquid soap, foam or another explicitly specified formulation. Verify viscosity, filling and power requirements in its documentation.
Do not assume two refills are interchangeable because their packaging looks similar. Keep a precise list for each appliance and identify who approves any change of consumable.
03
Build a realistic round
Estimate busy periods from the way the premises operate. Arrange checks around these times, then adjust frequency using actual observations rather than a theoretical schedule.
Plan access to keys, small tools and refills. A visit sheet can separate cleaning, consumable level, operation and faults so problems do not disappear inside one generic tick box.
04
Adapt care to each surface
Cleaning products must follow the instructions for each material. For some references, NOFER describes gentle cleaning and protection against splashes of aggressive products; do not apply one recipe to every appliance.
Keep documents with the operating file. Have leaks, loose fixings or faults handled by the appropriate professional and record the affected product codes to simplify supplier follow-up.
Before you decide
- Map the complete journey.
- Approve every consumable.
- Prepare keys and access.
- Track faults separately.
The essentials
Your questions, our guidance.
Can any liquid soap be used in a dispenser?
No. Check the formulation and characteristics accepted by the model’s instructions.
Is the largest capacity always best?
It should suit traffic, maintenance and available space without making refilling harder.
