Several bathrooms in a villa: prepare quantities without omissions.

Room references, complete equipment sets and shared components: prepare the sanitary equipment schedule for a villa before requesting a quotation in Tunisia.

For a villa with several bathrooms, counting basins and WCs is not enough. The quantity schedule must connect each room to a complete configuration and distinguish identical items from variants that look similar.

01

Give each room a clear identifier

Assign a clear code to each bathroom and the guest WC. Repeat it on plans, elevations and the selection schedule so decisions can be located quickly.

Describe the intended users and functions of each room. Bathrooms with the same floor area may require different storage, controls or equipment according to daily use.

02

Break down the sets being ordered

For each water point, list the main item and associated components: brassware, waste, trap, fixings or concealed parts as appropriate. Check what is already included in each reference.

A complete set should not receive the same accessories twice. Conversely, a visible trim may need a separate body; the component schedule must remove that ambiguity.

03

Separate repeated items from variants

Enter exact references and finish codes, then group only genuinely identical lines. A different width, orientation or flush plate may change the compatibility of the whole set.

Include one column for quantities by room and another for totals. When changes occur, update the relevant room before recalculating the overall order and any spare quantities.

04

Connect quantities to the programme

Identify components needed early, such as concealed parts, and items to deliver after dusty work. Have the contractor coordinate dates and the supplier confirm availability.

Send EDIFIS the dated schedule with its corresponding plans. Any substitution must be approved for dimensions, finish and associated components before entering the order.

Before you decide

  1. Identify every bathroom.
  2. List included components.
  3. Distinguish exact variants.
  4. Date the ordering schedule.

The essentials

Your questions, our guidance.

Can a standard set be multiplied by the number of rooms?

Only after checking every layout. Dimensions, connections and uses may require variants hidden by a simple multiplier.

Should spare parts be included?

Consider them according to product references and maintenance needs. Identify them separately so they are not confused with installation quantities.
